At St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish, we believe Catholic education is one of the most important ministries of the Church—forming children in faith, virtue, and a deep love for God. As our parish and school communities grow, we are called to build a new home for Saint Mary Academy that will serve families for generations. After taking a deeper look at the needs of the school and making necessary adjustments to the property design—along with responding to rising supply costs—we now anticipate a total project cost of $25 million. Thanks to extraordinary generosity, including a historic $15 million lead gift—the largest gift to Catholic education in the history of our diocese—and additional pledges bringing our total commitments to $21 million, we are blessed to be within reach of this vision. To help raise the remaining funds, we are launching a Capital Campaign Committee to guide the next phase of large private fundraising.
